Hard Money Lender List

Do you need funding for your real estate deals?

Hard money lenders can be a great source, but they can be difficult to find on your own.

I’ve posted some ideas for ways to find them in the past, but I recently came across a pretty interesting site.  It claims to offer a secret list of hard money lenders.

Supposedly, this list contains active, private lenders who will fund all types of real estate deals nationwide.

Of course, they’re selling this list, which in a way is a good sign, because if they were just giving it away it’s unlikely it would be accurate or up-to-date.  But as of this writing it is under $100, which is very reasonable considering if you were able to get funding on just one deal from this list, it could potentially result in thousands in profits.

However, I must tell you that I have not had a chance to check out the list personally to see what the quality is like (I don’t have a need for it right now but came across it and thought it looked worth passing along).  But they do offer a money-back guarantee, which is backed by Clickbank, a well-respected company.  I’ve dealt with Clickbank a lot and I know you wouldn’t have any trouble getting your money back if you didn’t like it.

Also, they say there are over 5,000 active investors on the list.  Personally, it seems to me like it would be hard to keep a list that size up-to-date.  But I’m assuming they were all verified at some point.  So even if there are a few duds on the list, it seems like there would have to be quite a few good contacts on there.

Or, if you’ve already used this list, please comment below and let me know what you thought of it.  If I get some good feedback, either for or against it, I’ll update this post and share what users have said.  If people recommend it, I’ll include what they said about it.  If they say it’s not worth it, I’ll include that too.

So whether you’ve already bought the list or if you decide to buy it in the future, please leave your comments to let me know if you thought it was helpful.
